Space transcriptome is a technique used to parse RNA seq data at a spatial level, thereby parsing all mRNA in a single tissue slice. The ordered attachment of spatial barcode reverse transcription oligo (dT) primers on the surface of microscope slides makes it possible to encode and obtain positional information during mRNA sample processing and subsequent sequencing processes.
